Blood-brain barrier leakage is a recognised effect of exposure to EMR.  This is a pretty concerning side-effect and we might wonder if it is happening to us without our being aware of it.  So, are you up for a challenge?  A GABA challenge, that is.

Buy some GABA from a supplements store.  Take about 1 gram on an empty stomach around 6 pm (before you have dinner) and when you are at home for the whole evening, so you can focus on the reaction and not be concerned about the drive home.

Hopefully you are not prone to the placebo effect and you can observe how your body reacts.  If you feel calmer, maybe even a little sleepy or if you feel more anxious or irritable, then you might have BBBL.  If you feel no change in your mood, sweet!

You are not alone. According to experts, over 35% of the world’s population feels some form of unwanted reaction to EMR exposure. Additionally, everyone is susceptible to induced biological abnormalities that may not manifest perceptibly for years or even decade.
